Play Yard Management Team

Sissy and Radler joined Team Feniks in 2024 within a few months of their births.  They are village rescue dogs through Sirius Sled Dog Rescue.  They’re learning the fine sport of skijoring.  You’re unlikely to see one alone, as they’ve been tumbling over each other since the beginning and become suspicious when one or the other is taken off alone.  They show no sibling rivalries or jealousies, always smiling at the next opportunity and eager to share an adventure.

As the play yard managers, they stay out in the play yard and anticipate good times.  They take their home protection duty seriously, especially during the night shift.  They spend a lot of time yelling at moose to stop eating the lilacs, and yell at the foxes to stop sneaking around.  Time on the trail is the best time spent, whether freely padding or pulling a skier, and if they find a smelly swamp or  muddy puddle their joys blossom in proportion to the filth they bring home.
