Staff Accountant
Lainey joined Feniks & Company in 2024 as an intern. Lainey is completing a Master’s in Business Administration this year at the UAF, and intends to earn their CPA. Lainey is a California transplant who has come to love Fairbanks and the Feniks & Company culture.

Lainey’s love of learning and natural curiosity has them exploring a variety of activities and knowledge bases. Lainey loves to crochet, speaks Mandarin Chinese, practices aerial silk performance, and has an online storefront for the sale of tarot readings and other metaphysical services.

Lainey is a rescue person who Otto found without a dog, so Otto adopted them. Otto has been instrumental in helping Lainey deepen their understanding of the subtler arts of supine belly rub relaxation techniques.
The connections that I have with staff and many of our clients are strong relationships. It's a tight-knit community. The support — both the support that we offer our clients and the support we offer each other — is great."
